*Over 23+ years experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Architectural Sheetmetal Flashing & General construction Installation and 20+ years in Estimating and Project Management for Commercial, Residential, Tenant Improvement, Health Care (OSHPD), Hotel and Muliti- Family Mixed-Use Projects (market rate and affordable housing)... for both new constructions, occupied buildings, and design builds. Highly experienced in architectural sheet metal, architectural paneling/roofing, waterproofing and architectural expansion joint projects.
*Experience in estimating all sizes of jobs from $50k to upwards of $50- million. I estimate mulitple types of projects with many different mechanical systems including but not limited to, Packaged Systems, Ductless/Ducted Split Systems, VRV/VRF, (Chilled & Heating Hot Water) Hydronic Systems.
*Lead Design Build Teams all while managing the budget from cradle to the grave approach
*Experienced in setting up Estimating Systems for both DOS and Windows Estimating systems using proven labor tables utilizing SMACNA, PHCC, and MCA standards versus company historical data.
*Use WIP to provide Volume Projection Reporting to Stakeholders and Participants when and where to add work to sustain overall company growth plan & manage resource allocation
*Use current job hours to build overall and individual project specific Man- Loading Charts to help determine project specific man - power needs in different phases of project to ensure maximum project profitability and overall comapany manpower resources
*efficeint in holding pre- construction Turnover & Kick- off meetins to communicate how project was figured relaing to team for overall project success and maximum profitability and setting the project team up for success
* Tracking and maintaing overall company client list organized Bid Packages to maintain relationships with customers and track upcoming project opportunities
*overall Project Buy- out including Subcontract and PO negotiations while assuring all aspects of scope are covered
* Contract Review and Negotiations for master subcontracts
